What is the greatest lesson you learned in Missionettes?
There were many, but the one that comes to mind was in the Know Your Talents unit. I learned how to discover my talents, to look for opportunities to serve others with those talents, and to ask God to show me opportunities to develop my talents so that He might be honored and glorified.
What fun memory would you like to share?
Campouts and sleepovers were always fun, but the opportunity as I got older to play the piano and be a part of the worship team at sectional & district events are my most fun memories.
What would you like to tell others about the Missionettes program?
I would tell others not to give up. It all pays off in the end. Whenever you face challenges in life, you can look back at all you’ve learned in Missionettes and it will help you make the right choices. I used to wear a T-shirt when I was a Daisy or a Prim that said “Everything I really need to know, I’m learning in Missionettes.” I did!
