What is the greatest lesson you learned in Missionettes?
I learned how to be a supportive Christian, a prayer warrior, someone who others can look up to and go to for help regarding spiritual or everyday issues.
Who was your greatest support as you completed the program and why?
My mom, Patty. She’s always been involved in Missionettes as either a coordinator or sponsor, sometimes both. She always encouraged me to finish what I started in Missionettes because she knew it would help me down the road.
What fun memory would you like to share?
I’m not sure it was exactly what most would call fun, but it was certainly a special moment. In 2004 I served as an assistant for retreat (Daisies through Stars). I had the great privilege of praying with the Daisies who accepted Jesus into their lives.
Of course, everything about Missionettes has been fun: making new friends, building a better relationship with God, etc.
